• Locker Service Usage: Caap Global provides a smart device management and Locker software service for mobile security.
• Installment Compliance: The user agrees to pay all Monthly Installments (Subscription Fees) on time to keep the device active. Failure to do so will result in temporary device locking through our automated Locker system.
• Automatic Unlocking: Once the installment payment is successfully processed through our integrated payment gateway, the Locker will be disabled and the device will be unlocked automatically.
• User Responsibility: The user must not attempt to bypass, uninstall, or tamper with the Caap Global software. Any such attempt may lead to permanent device locking.
• Payments: All payments must be made through our official website or app using the provided secure payment gateway. We are not responsible for cash transactions made outside our platform.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable international courts in the registered business area.
